It’s been 10 years since Nurture Ecology Ltd was first incorporated. It all started with a loan for a chainsaw and laptop, a big dream belonging to Paul and a huge amount of enthusiasm! Thousands of ecological surveys and sleeper steps later, the company is now led by Directors and Owners Paul and Jon. The company’s two teams; Ecology and Habitats, have an all-female management line-up with Harriet leading the Ecology Team and Mille running the Lands Team.
10 years on and Nurture Ecology have become established as Jersey’s leading Ecological and Habitat Specialists, providing both passion and professionality. Their work with land-owners and developers to protect the wildlife value of their land spans from mitigating the impact a project may have on local wildlife, through to creating new habitats, or wildlife enhancing features on site.
