A living wall is an eye-catching and modern design feature that can be added to any buidling. They have a huge ecological value and demonstrate environmental gain, which is often required for planning permission.
Living walls are made from strong, lightweight and fully waterproof panels, which can be made to fit any size or shape, including curved walls. We are delighted to be working with Scotscape UK and licensed to bring their patented Fytotextile™ panels – the lightest Living Wall system on the UK market - to the Channel Islands. Each panel includes dozens of small planting pockets, which once planted, will only become denser and more visually interesting over time.
Plants can be chosen to suit the exact location, aspect, colours and desires of the client. An irrigation system is integrated into the panels to ensure every single plant is watered, attached to a timer to give a twice daily dowsing of water.
We also proivide ongoing maintenance of the walls to ensure the health and longevity of the wall.
